Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before your session. For changes within 12 hours, contact me directly at hunterrehm3@gmail.com or 262-443-7139. Late cancellations are reviewed case by case, and I'm glad to make exceptions for illness and emergencies.

Single sessions

Single sessions cancelled at least 12 hours in advance are fully refunded, or you can reschedule at no charge.

10-Session Packs

10-session packs are non-refundable and valid for 6 months from purchase. Sessions cancelled at least 12 hours in advance go back into your pack so you can reschedule.
